Grupo Gigante, through Office Depot, completed the purchase of 51% of Grupo Prisa in Chile in May 2015, beginning operations in that country.

Prisa is the leader in the distribution and marketing of office supplies and cleaning equipment in Chile, besides providing logistics and office storage services to a select number of institutional clients.
