Grupo Gigante under the Joint Venture scheme with PetCo Animal Supplies Stores Inc. brought in 2013, an innovative concept of pet stores, pet food and accessories.

PetCo began operations in México with the opening of its first store in Zapopan in the month of October of 2013, offering more than 7,000 items in addition to specialized services such as grooming salon, training and a veterinary hospital.

By the year 2019, it is planned to open a larger number of stores and increase its presence in the states of the country, in addition to consolidating its E-Commerce, with the implementation of the program Buy on line pick up in store.
