Currently the geography of the locations allow it to have presence in more than 25 entities with more than 3.6 million square meters of construction and land reserve of 280 thousand square meters.
The company increased its profitability by more than 8% and the occupancy at the end of 2018 was 95.2% of Gross Profitable Area, with which Gigante Grupo Inmobiliario still give much to comment.

Gigante Grupo Inmobiliario has been characterized by the implementation of new technologies for the administration, marketing, and construction of new projects. In 2022, Gigante Grupo Inmobiliario implemented G-Square, opening its doors on December 1st in the Gran Terraza Coapa shopping center, and by the end of 2023, there are two more locations, Interlomas and Puerta Jardín, and in 2024 Miyana and Lomas Verdes.
G-Square is a mini storage rental concept offering an innovative, flexible, and agile service under the self-storage concept with advanced technology.
G-Square features 24/7 CCTV surveillance and monitoring, accessible parking spaces, a smoke detection system, canine detection, and the necessary tools to safely unload your belongings. At G-Square, there are various options to meet customers’ needs. We are confident you will find your ideal storage unit, from 2.25 m² for storing a couple of boxes in a G-locker to storing an entire move in a 17.50 m² Megasquare.

Through its Real Estate Division, Grupo Gigante manages and operates parking lots. As of the third quarter of 2025, it operates 77 parking lots.
